Did you know that 5 of the last 8 Maiden Claiming races at Aqueduct paid under $8. This has occurred from 12-29 through 12-31 at a percentage of 62.5%. This trend has been consistent.

Lets try the 2 and the 4 in the 4th tomorrow and the 7 in the 9th tomorrow as these are both Maiden Claiming races.

We hit the 4 in the 4th for $19.80 nice overlay as morning line had the 4 at 7-2 odds. Don’t like exactas but a $1 box of 4 with 2 would have cost $2 for a nice score of $27. The 7 finished second in the 9th behind the 4. Although we hit the 4th the trend for Maiden Claiming races is 0 for 2 on this day.

Lets try the 1 and the 2 in the 6th tomorrow which is a Maiden Claiming race. Lets see if the trend gets back on track or is going cold. Although these have morning line odds that are greater than $8 we will see if the odds and the payout dip below $8 since this is the trend we are seeking.

We hit the 1 in the 6th race which was the only Maiden Claiming race. Looks like the trend is back on track. The odds did dip below $8 which keeps in line with the trend so far.
